Wobbler, I swear some mornings I brush my teeth three times as I can't remember doing it.

I don't have enough hair to worry about... did 19 windy miles on my bike this am to loosen my legs for Hatfield 5k race #2of3 tonight... realised I left my fav race shoes and sock at home so will have to detour home first...

Storm was most definitely here, kept me awake from 3 to 4... why does that always happen when I've had an early night!

I've hurdled the fallen trees ( stepped over the twigs) on my run this morning.

I miss read NDWdaves post. I have visions of his 90 year old mother winning a race.

We are off for a run soon, going past Bamburgh Castle so will look out for WW's hat :-). We did see a lost hat in the car park at the start of the Holy Island causeway, wonder if that belonged to WW?? We also saw a lost shoe..

Another 10 miler here this morning, in very blustery conditions. Nothing seems to have been particularly storm-damaged overnight here, although my dustbin lid ended up in next door's garden.

Something including prawns for Posh Fish Wednesday tea.

I got up to run when my alarm went off at 5 but as I could hear the wind whistling outside I decided to do the strength and flexibility session instead and run after work.

Yes, I know. I'm a wuss.

I'm having a bad few days at work but this just now made me laugh out loud.

My list of towns I want to visit now include Chesterfield.
