Get well soon Nellers!
I haven't run since Monday - been feeling tired and achy for no discernible reason - still a bit achy today but nowhere near as bad, so will be doing the club run later.
I'm thinking I may have to alter my expectations for the Manchester marathon, as training this time around has been knocked off course for a variety of reasons. Think it maybe sensible to just get round this one, then try again either in the autumn or next spring to do one properly.

I wouldn't write off Manchester just yet jenny.
Club hill session tonight but the forecast is for snow! Could be a skating or skiing session instead

Well done Doc
You may be right westmoors, I'll see how training goes over the next few weeks, but I'm just thinking of managing my expectations otherwise I'm likely to get myself really worked up about my lack of training.

I waived as I passed Doc. It was around 10:35.
Jenny, going into Manchester not worried about a time goal might be beneficial and you end up with the same or better result.
Great well soon, Nellers.

Or a world of utter pain where you go out to fast for the training FR.
I hate to be the dullard with the coaches head on but Jenny,
When is Manchester? How badly has training been disrupted ? Long run length ?
How many ?
