Well done Nellers, esp racing consecutive weekends, and getting quicker.

Got absolutely drenched this morning at the Surrey Half, and loved it. Smashed my PB! Took 3 1/2 mins off for 1:43:41. Over the moon as I had postponed yesterdays birthday celebrations.

Well done, 1500ers, good running!

My little 10k league race went OK-ish this morning, got a country silver standard time for my age, although my legs were a bit tired from the previous days' mileage. More importantly, I've also jumped up a Fetch Standard, so I'm now a wahoo, which is apparently a fish of some kind.

Chicken fajitas for tea, must go do something about them now.

Great running everyone. 10 miles yesterday, 10 miles today and I'm toying with the idea of another 10 miles tomorrow. (very slowly) Just as a simulation of one very long run (over 3 days instead of 20 miles in one day. My legs still feel good at the moment.

Brilliant running folks , love the half times and the the silver and wahoo Jk.
Go for it Garfield.

Son #3 scored 4 goals at the hockey festival today ( not bad for a winger). I celebrated with some wine which I would have drunk last night but was at the vets with a pup with a bleeding paw
