But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Marathon 1 done yesterday :-)
Wasn't pretty but got it done, not overly sure why but guess it set the bar pretty low for the rest of the year :-)

Dragged myself out on my run but turned it around so I didn't have to run down the hill of doom (Anchor Hill)...had to plod up it instead. Ended up on the canal path last thing and didn't quite catch a friend of mine. Fast&Furious was heading in the opposite direction.

We've just put Sheringham on the calendar, Doc :-) can't put it in the race portfolio yet, as parkruns only go to 1st April at the moment.
