Well done Pikelet and really hope JK soon repairs. Back problems are nasty.
I've had a pleasant enough day. Back to work tomorrow after our long weekend.

Well done on your race Pikelet!
Well done to Miss Neilio, hope you all enjoy the day tomorrow Neilio!
Hope your back gets better soon JK.
Found my long run quite tough this morning, even though it was a little shorter than usual.

Feels like December may be a lower mileage month for me.
I rarely run at weekends due to cyclo cross racing but the mud sees me off my bike a bit. My ankle reminds me of this so means more days off during the week.
Good job i got to 1500 early now just wondering if I can scrape my way to a 100 mile month.
As I write this I realise a few things.
1. How depressed I get that a former weekly target is a monthly target 2. How much these 2 arbiary numbers actually matter to me.
It's as if failure to achieve them makes me a failure on the year.
Oh I am through my bike mileage total for the year as well
(Oh yes I am grumpy when my ankle hurts. Damn human body issues)

A day to remember Neilio
I am seeing sports Physio later, hamstring is niggling again, needs attention now to avoid further issues, I don't want to be back in the same situation as I was after my spring marathon.
Gobi I hope your ankle improves very soon.
