Will you be wearing your tuxedo today Neilio? Get best use out of it.

Well done Miss Neilio. What an achievement.

No running tonight.

Sorry to hear of the injuries and niggles.

Me and the dogs have run. I'm considering how many eggs to have for breakfast.

Not today WW, probably once a year at best.Unless I get invited to a mid year awards ceremony, which hasn't happened for a while.
Doc,depends on what type of eggs i.e. Scrambled, boiled etc.
2 for poached or boiled.(Boiled can have soldiers)
2 for eggs benedict.
5 for scrambled.

Double egg on toast.

You're still a quick runner Gobi.

I managed just over a mile this morning when I suddenly had a serious attack of CBA.

Have a good day everyone.

Brisk walk to station, will run on the way home...had ballast in the backpack (laptop). It gets left behind until Thursday, so no excess baggage until then.

This week should see me through the 1500 finish line. Then next week I need to start doing some proper running to get ready for Cambridge half next year

Sorry to hear of others' niggles, hope they improve soon. My back is better this morning, so I'm moving more like a 94 year old than a bad zombie. Will have to give Bendy Body Balance a miss today.

Chicken soup for tea, thriftily using the remains of yesterday's roast chicken.
