Great pic Neilio - what did she study (sorry if you've already said)
cold vicious wind across the peninsula this morning, cycled 8 miles. tried double gloving this morning, it helped.
crack is always an option.

Neilio your daughter looks so pleased interesting that she chose sports psychology to study, she would be at home here We had a sports psychologist come to our running club a couple of years ago, she was really interesting and gave me the confidence to go for my marathon goal time.
