Great pic Neilio - what did she study (sorry if you've already said)

cold vicious wind across the peninsula this morning, cycled 8 miles. tried double gloving this morning, it helped.

crack is always an option.

Neilio your daughter looks so pleased :-) interesting that she chose sports psychology to study, she would be at home here :-) We had a sports psychologist come to our running club a couple of years ago, she was really interesting and gave me the confidence to go for my marathon goal time.

I am helping with the beginners group this evening after which I shall be running with my group but avoiding hill reps, hammie is too sore after torturous physio yesterday :-O
