Fenland (Fenners) Runner
Unlike Gobi who is going for a light mileage month, I'm aiming for December to be my biggest mileage month of 2016.

Merry Christmas & Happy New G(rrr)
Gobi, sorry your ankle doesn't let you run like you want. You're still one of the best runners I know, even with a crocked ankle!

Low mileage year for me, but some great events and happy memories. It will be a good running summary blog at the end of the year for me, just a poor running performance! :-) G

G - Sometimes in the dark places we don't want to go to I think it would be better if I couldn't run at all.

Jono.
I must admit that I was feeling a pissed off, I ran 2 miles on Saturday and thought *that went well* - planed for 4 this morning, got up to feed the cats and the heel felt sore, so went back to bed and had another hour - thinking it best as I had a bit of walking to do in work.

On the bright side I can still cycle and may even start going swimming, as long as I can do something and being able to do something makes me lucky, I reckon.

I'm eating one of the best salads Mrs J has ever prepared - I shall text her and tell her so :-)

Give her a big hug when she gets home jono.

Lots of chocolate doing the rounds at work and have refused all. I'm working! It's not some sort of picnic!

Jono - I ride a lot and I know a number of others.

I'm pretty successful and win a bit of money.

We all love it but it is not running :-0

Can't explain what I don't understand but there is something special about running
