morning all
bad luck Wooters, sounds very frustrating, still envious of you....would love to be in Paris, would love to run a marathon in in 3:30 and would love to be the other side of 40! hopefully Hull will be good to you (I have no desire to run a marathon in Hull)

Off to the big smoke today ....taking my biggest boy for an engineering interview at Imperial college and while he is there taking the trainee hearing dog to the science museum!

I agree that Amsterdam is a good marathon, my PB was at Chester, a rolling course but obviously suited me. Sorry you didn't get the run/time you trained for Wooters :-(

Last bit of tapering in our household, and I have a week off work so getting plenty of rest before Rotterdam, I hope my (inadequate) training will be enough to get me round in about 3:30.

Good luck, Toks and Mrs J.

5k this evening for my first run in a fortnight. I thought last week I wouldn't run at all this month so I'm feeling quite happy with myself this evening.
