Woohoo, fabulous stuff, Jono, congratters! Good to note that even though Monkey appears to have sneaked off abroad with RonB, he's still providing a bit of oomph for the 1500ers!

Just 4 and a bit miles this morning, right leg still not right. There may have to be a physio visit this week otherwise I'll be hopping around the Ashby 20 next Sun.

Bath half was brilliant. ... to watch! It was a good decision not to run as I am still unwell, I did however have a most enjoyable 6 mile run with Katieb before we supported at the race :-)

My run at Llanelli was, frankly, pants. I made it 1:48:20 so much slower than I was aiming for, and much slower than last time I did it two years ago. Legs felt sore and achy before, and for entire duration of race (oh, and after as well of course).
