Woohoo, fabulous stuff, Jono, congratters! Good to note that even though Monkey appears to have sneaked off abroad with RonB, he's still providing a bit of oomph for the 1500ers!
Just 4 and a bit miles this morning, right leg still not right. There may have to be a physio visit this week otherwise I'll be hopping around the Ashby 20 next Sun.

Great running Jono! Snail slow 10 miles for me today...to HR so even slower than it would have been without the HR band on!

Brilliant stuff Jono!!!! βΊ
RB please don't send poor Monkey to Hamburg, I am going to Rotterdam!
Bath half was brilliant. ... to watch! It was a good decision not to run as I am still unwell, I did however have a most enjoyable 6 mile run with Katieb before we supported at the race

My run at Llanelli was, frankly, pants. I made it 1:48:20 so much slower than I was aiming for, and much slower than last time I did it two years ago. Legs felt sore and achy before, and for entire duration of race (oh, and after as well of course).
