Work is PILLING up and the kids needs have been pretty high too, Dad needs go to the back of the queue so I have had 7 consecutive rest days! On a positive note.......I would like to introduce and personally invitee ANYONE of you at ANYTIME (Sundays, 9am) to..... parkrun.org.uk TaaaaaDARRR! One down, one to go!
