Good luck for Wrexham Shadow!
PP, sorry to hear that, hope they get better soon.
Been nice weather so far today, but I'm not running until this evening with the club - we start at 7pm, guess when the rain is forecast to start? ☔️

morning. Im having a rest day. Taking Jessie (hearing dog pup) to see two of her brothers....this could be the last time she meets up with them as they will be moving on to the next part of their training soon. Jessie will stay here though as she is doing her final training with me. We are starting work on the alarm clock call next...

I believe your going into the TP100 better prepared than last year Toks. I believe having a crew to help will be a big benefit both physically and mentally. Rest is good.
I wonder if a hearing dog recognises different alarms?
Currently the plan is 7 miles tonight. See what my mind tells me.
