10 very chilly miles done this morning - you can tell it's almost spring because it was snowing and blowing a very cold gale.

We still have old fashioned dustbins, not wheelybins, for gen rubbish, then green bags for plastic and cans, brown bags for paper and card. and textiles. Body parts not mentioned on the website or the bags.

Posh Fish Wednesday - sea bream with a parmesan and green olive crumb topping with Mediterranean veggies.

Oh and thanks for the round up Neilio. Totally missed it. What a lovely surprise to find I'm a sailfish (which I think I've been in the Fetch Standards once?) and while I only just made the heart heart, I'm in the good company of the likes of _andy (nice to see you at weekend!) and Fizz et al. :-) G

Mrs Jigs (Luverlylegs)
I am being sensible and resting my ankle, it does feel a lot better but catches me out now and then, I think tomorrow will be a treadmill run just to be on the safe side, given the weather that's not a bad thing.

Off out to dinner this evening with a couple of my colleagues, a rare event for me as I don't often socialise outside of work :-)

Mrs J, you might find a light tubigrip helpful to just give it a bit of support when starting up again on it. It doesn't need to be a majorly constricting one but just enough to make it feel secure.

We should have gone running this evening but two things happened.

1. We couldn't be bothered.
2. It was cold, raining and dark.

The pie is in the oven.

Steak pie this evening JK. Sadly not home made but a purchased pie.

I must run Friday.

Fizz :-)
This pie was ok, nowhere near as good as WW's homemade one though. The pastry to filling ratio was just a bit too high.
