I won a jersey that I can get in with 2 friends.

. . . . you might need to use it as a tent, Gobi?

I got an enormous jacket last week at the Thames Trot, which lied about its size. It said Small on the packet, but that would only be Small in the Land of the Giants.

I'm a great blue shark in the Fetch Standards!

It was good to see you today JK, wish Monkey had been there too ;-) I hope you enjoyed your valentine meal, Jigs prepared a superb dinner of beans on toast with poached eggs, our favourite after a hard run :-P

Some of you teased me the other day about winning the Stamford 30k :-p, and I replied that there was no chance. I was right! 292/599 although I was 3rd in my age group (prizes only for the AG winners :-(). I was doing OK until the hills in the 26th + 27th kms when my interrupted training told.
Despite that I had an enjoyable time in an excellently organised race.

Still, good training for the even hillier Rhayader 20 miles in 3 weeks time. All I've got to do now is recover ;-).

I didn't like Bramley 20 when I ran it a few years ago.

We did run 7 today and get this.

I cut the lawns.
