Great running jono! Went for a completely crap 6 mile run today...dehydrated and unfed doesn't make for a good run. Went later than usual thanks to hubby faffing about then a complete change in plans. Grrrrr.

Nice long run Jono.
Great result Gobi.
Lytchett 10 for me today 1:12:xx which I'm a bit disappointed with if I'm honest. High effort and a slower time than last year.

Mrs Jigs (Luverlylegs)
That was a tidy 30k today, the Stamford hills were tough at times, time was 2 minutes down on last year but it was good to pick up £20 prize money

Great to meet Mrs Jigs and Jigs in Stamford today, all too briefly! A cash reward must always be good, Mrs J, not something I am ever likely to experience. A very undulant course, with a brisk headwind at times, but otherwise a lovely run. Legs still a bit trashed from last week's muddy fiasco, so a very slow time, but it was brilliant to be running on proper roads.
Home to a Valentine's Day dinner cooked by my best beloved, and involving pork (so I'm given to understand.
