Jono.
I have sacrificed tonight's little run to eat pancakes with my family - sacrifice is my middle name.

Watford Wobble
We did not have pancakes. It kinda slipped us by.
We did meet our neighbours who live in a house at the bottom of our garden. They were nice.
I've fed the burds and washed the birdbath. I've neglected them recently.
VOTE FIZZ.

I ran very mildly on sore legs this morning and went out to Carluccio's tonight. There were no pancakes or desert, but I treated myself and had an espresso with a teaspoon of the white stuff in it.

morning Fetchies - always the bridesmaid Ron ?
anyway pancakes are the future of eating to run - nutella & strawberry's were my favourite choice last night / sacking of my 2 mile jog seems to have given me some beans this morning.
1) 1m - 9:54(9:54/m) 131cal 6.06/0mph (start off, not bad for me) 2) 1m - 9:55(9:55/m) 131cal 6.05/0mph (consistent) 3) 1m - 9:56(9:56/m) 131cal 6.04/0mph (bit of a breeze) 4) 1m - 9:33(9:33/m) 131cal 6.28/0mph (bloody hell - breeze side on) 5) 1m - 9:33(9:33/m) 131cal 6.28/0mph (double bloody hell) 6) 1m - 9:15(9:15/m) 130cal 6.48/0mph (breeze behind me, do I need a wee?) 7) 1m - 9:13(9:13/m) 130cal 6.51/0mph (no breeze, still flying along - not going to stop for a wee) 8) 1m - 9:10(9:10/m) 130cal 6.55/0mph (running into the breeze - must remember to go to the locksmiths) 9) 1m - 9:26(9:26/m) 131cal 6.36/0mph (stopped for a wee) 10) 1m - 8:26(8:26/m) 130cal 7.11/0mph (through the park, lots of big puddles)
