Nice work Toks X

That's a recipe I won't be trying JK ;-)

I have runned, after being in the doldrums yesterday I was determined not to let post holiday Browns affect my training today, 14+ miles :-)

Well run, Mrs Jigs - post-holibob blues overcome! I do a similar thing my family has always called Crumby Chicken - large chunks of chicken breast dipped in flour, egg and herby breadcrumbs, spot of oil sprinkled over, then baked in the oven - no fish involved in that one!

A great 10 miles this evening, could have gone on for many more miles.

1) 1m - 7:52(7:52/m) running with backpack and busy road crossings

2) 1m - 8:01(8:02/m) slow down as I approach home, lazy
3) 1m - 7:25(7:25/m) and I'm back off minus backpack
4) 1m - 7:55(7:55/m) more busy roads to cross
5) 1m - 7:14(7:14/m) nothing stopping me now
6) 1m - 7:29(7:29/m) as above, except nearly losing a shoe in mud
7) 1m - 7:24(7:24/m) empty roads
8) 1m - 7:29(7:29/m) almost home
9) 1m - 7:21(7:21/m) I'm not as good as Jono or Doc at this
10) 1m - 7:15(7:15/m) no I'm really rather bad
11) 0.05m - 23(8:01/m) home to cook dinner and wash up

So far 232 for the year which is the most miles I've ever done at this time at this point of the year.
