Newark half marathon entries are open.

I'm a little disappointed with 1st prize. Oh well, it will have to do.

WW....mile 10 was down hill slightly and i was heading home!
Jono.....i didnt need a wee, I didnt have a wee, the breeze was insignificant and i didnt go through the park. it was running round the cyclepaths of stevenage so not even scenic! But i did end up at the butchers......which is where i often end my runs, out of breath and sweaty (he's a very understanding butcher)!

Good running DocM, and love the notes a la Jono.
Still have a couple of minor niggles. I need to give my legs a stern talking-to, I think they're just trying it on now to get out of running, in case I take them into some more mud.
Home-made fish fingers for Posh Fish Wednesday tea.

What can I say, Watford, it's a damn tricky recipe - cut fish up into appropriate shapes, dip in flour, egg, breadcrumbs, fry, eat. With potato wedges, and to make it posh, minted crushed peas and a spot of tartare sauce. We know how to live in JK Towers.

Well done, Toks, you're amazing the way you keep knocking out the miles!
