Despite the forecast fog, there is bright sunshine here, and so it is still 0 degrees. I think I'll wait until this afternoon when it has "warmed" to 3 degrees before going for a short bike ride. I know - heresy! Biking on this thread ;-). It's the only way I've been able to log over 1,500 miles this year :-).
