I always start with wall sit and in order.I do not like jump split squats my poor Achilles hates them so I will adapt and do pulse lunges instead.

We call those plyo lunges at bootcamp, and I'm not doing them since buggering my knee this time last year. Even normal forward lunges are dodgy, so I will insert my own version of some kind of lunge based exercise here.

Jump squats/lunges ok, wouldn't like to do loads of them though. Still think the mountain climbers are the worst (my balanced tucks are a bit wonky though!)
