Some good mileage going on here. Your 3.5 miles this morning is impressive Steve,

considering your problems.

I'm going to upset now those of you that like "round" mileage, as I ran 7.94 miles yesterday with the Monday Group 😁
Today is a Farmers Walk day. πŸšΆβ€β™‚οΈ

Lol hillstrider you rebel with your 7.94 miles.

I did 14.2 miles this morning while the car was serviced and Mot'ed. I got home as my wife was dishing up my lunch and so I'm still in running clothes, I may pop out for another little run shortly :-)

Well done FF for another long run. You are really "Racing" up the leader board! Don't run again too soon after your lunch.

It was about 2 hours after lunch and I've done a further 2.9 miles. Now it's time for work.

Flipping heck FF you’re on fire.

hs you are brilliant but you stress my round miles OCD and 3.5 is brilliant Steve.

I opted to walk to the office today, 1.78m each way - I can do random walk miles. Got back to hotel at 6.30, got changed and went for a run 3.7 rounded me up to 76 for the month.

Work today has been what I needed so feeling better tonight. Home tomorrow too.

A lot of steps there GG, with the walks and run.

A Kenyan Hill session this morning up a local road, with the Wednesday Group.

OMG hs, I'm with gg thinking about that 7.94 miles, I just couldn't stop there, it would play on my mind for the whole dayπŸ˜‚. On second thoughts maybe I'll try it myself one day!πŸ˜‚
You're certainly in a fantastic period of running FF, be careful now .
You're doing well on 76 miles for the month gg given the interuptions/work etc.
Another 3.5 miles and a tiny bit of an improvement today despite the chilly north east wind. Nice seeing signs of spring, daffodils, catkins....mm

Well done Steve, you are progressing nicely.

Yes, Kenyan Hills is a tough session.

I'm glad that you are feeling better LL after this mornings progressive run.

This morning was a solo, hilly road run of 5.18 miles, at recovery pace.
