Festive Flier
Garmin has now uploaded yesterday's runs after I deleted Friday afternoon's boredom run, flipping thing. A 3 mile walk with my wife this afternoon, I may run tomorrow.

3.6 miles this morning, up to the castle and back. Was pretty slushy but an enjoyable run.
Welcome back to Lorraine and Turkhish. Good see the regulars back.

FF, Garmins can be very temperamental.
That's a lovely picture Lesley. My daughter,
her boyfriend and his parents were in Tulloch Castle for Hogmanay.
Well done GG for your run and walk to kick in the New Year

Snow...castles..almost winter wonderland Lesley.
Hope the everyday January thing goes well gg.
Temperature drop here overnight and 3c this morning which affected my chest again....gets "sore" if I go beyond plodding...so only 2.6 miles.
I'm already beginning to wonder how on earth I'll hit 1000 this year, my overall efforts over the last two years have clearly gone downhill 😂🚶

Steve, sometimes if we are breathing in cold air while running, that can affect our chest etc. I wonder if you could try wearing a thin scarf over nose & mouth to filter the air a little. I don't get that problem unless I am trying to push the pace too much, which I shouldn't do in cold weather. I'm sure you'll be flying when the warm weather arrives, so the 1000 will be no problem.

Thanks for the idea Evangel, a good idea too. Trouble is that I get that soreness even during summer. It's as though I've done a full out 800 metre sprint! That's another reason which prompted me to ask for my heart to be checked out.
A better effort in the rain this morning. 4.1 miles but necessarily having to cheat and walk when soreness kicks in. Good to find you here EPixie (I had to quit the 100 mpm thread for obvious reasons!)
