Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Thanks Scottdog, I seem to be making progress. Well done for your 47 miles on the bike on Sunday. I hope your Achilles will be fully recovered for your ride on Sunday.

Nothing to do with saving money Steve, but just to lighten the load.😁 Enjoy your rest day

I'm about to go for a short walk, so that my joints won't seize up.

Sue Grays Report imminent, so I'm looking forward to PM'S Question Time.

10 miles ran with 4 x 1200m (3/4 mile) reps at 7.18 pace rest of 3.50 minutes.
I heard a cuckoo while out too.

Quality run FF!

I've never run that far Steve. I think the furthest was 28 miles which was when doing the virtual London Marathon in October. The Marathon distance finished a couple of miles short of the car park, so we carried on running.

I walked a slow mile this morning, which didn't improve my painful left side.

Sorry you're still feeling pain hillstrider but I do hope you're healing well. I quite enjoyed the session but the reps were a little erratic. I once did an ultra of 31 miles, 4 weeks after a marathon, not my best move but a lovely Fetch meet up.

Thanks FF, I seem to be healing, slowly but surely.

That's impressive, 31 miles ultra, 4 weeks after a marathon.

The last lap was difficult but the last mile was agony, my legs really didn't like me very much at all.
