Nice one Evangel good mileage I see.
Lovely day for the bike Steve.
Your forest run sounds lovely.

I did a 4 miler on a disused railway line which was lovely and shady in parts.
Still leaves me 4 to do later or tomorrow to get my 12th consecutive 100.

That's an unusual place to run LL, but sounds good ๐Ÿ˜. Well done after your next 4 to achieve your 12th successive 100.

Summer has arrived ๐ŸŒž. We have had a few very hot days, it was 25 degrees yesterday. I went out this morning early before it really got hot, it was lovely and quiet too. 10 miles done.

Good running everyone! Hope you have all had a good weekend.

Another lovely sunny morning here too Lesley. Well done for your 10 miles.

This morning's forest run was 9.19 miles with the Monday Club. We ran to Monkswell, which is an ancient well that was used by the Monks from Beaulie Abbey. It is off the beaten track, so is hard to find. This is good, because it hasn't been spoilt by ignorant tourists dropping their litter and dogs poo bags.

Got second AZ jab early this morning and no side effects so far so out for a slow and hot 10k this afternoon - loving the heat.

Nice to see everyone doing well and enjoying the sunshine.

I got approval to run a bit further this weekend as my foot was doing well so 11 Friday and 3.5 Saturday finished the month with 4 today abs have 120 for the month and 670 for the year.

Fingers crossed the injury was stopped in its track and I head into last couple of weeks of higher miles then taper madness will begin. Feeling comfortable and still very much looking forward to the race.

Well done Lesley and dobbers.

Remind me what Ultra and when GG.
I only got 5k done this morning so 0.9 short for my 100.
Do I or donโ€™t I?

Good to see you back on the thread Lesley and dobbers and yeah, some summer has arrived Lesley...how long for I wonder?! Hope things continued to be ok after your jab dobbers...I took a day off running after each jab to be on the safe side!
And I'm glad your injury is fixed gg but keep your eye on it in these last few weeks before the ultra, you don't want to be missing that after all the miles you've put in.
Litter and dog poo bags are dropped too many times along the trails where I run hs, ignorance for sure and the so called fines for doing such things are seldom if ever imposed.
So so close LL! I bet you did!

Ah...you did! Brilliant LL.
Did my fourth weekly interval effort this morning and didn't enjoy it!
