Argh Steve you need another 0.4 or I’ll have a wobble!!🤣

Geordiemum ended off not coming she set off but her knee went again and seemed to cause piriformus pain but I don’t think she’s doing her exercises so I’ve prescribed those back again. Hopefully get her back on track in the new year.

To do 700 with all the bugs you and little man have had Lesley is good going. Hope 2023 is less lurgified.

No running today or tomorrow....The challenge starts on Sunday! Despite the issues this year I've been lucky to hit my targets. I'll be surprised if the miles tick by so well in 2023 but will look forward to such a surprise again!
Yeah, 700 is a lot of miles Lesley so applause for that!
Ouch for Geordie mum and that pesky knee, glad you've chivvied her up on the exercises gg.
Hope Park Runners end on a high note, just a few seconds to knock off FF.And be careful with your knee too hs.
It's raining!!

Thanks FF and good luck to you too on Saturday.

GG, sorry to hear about Geordiemum's knee playing up again. I don't know why your target list differs from your training log. I suggest you message Mr Fetch, there's probably a simple explanation.

Good luck for Sunday Steve with the first run of the New Year. Thanks re Saturday's parkrun. I think it will unfortunately be a cautious run, as the course will probably be a nightmare of muddy puddles. There were plenty of them last week, but we've had heavy rain all night, and it's only just stopped. There were lots of puddles on the pavement for my Farmers Walk 🚶‍♂️ 🌧

geordiegirl the target list now shows it correctly. The list isn't updated as quickly as the training log I believe.

I think the target list updates once an hour, the training log is pretty much instant!

Remember we're all doing well, enduring all sorts.or pain and ailments and still going. We're as hard as nails compared to so many others!
