Well done Steve! Nice binary sort of number!

I'm still laying in bed listening to the rain bounce off the caravan roof. Minimal exercise today!

Well done Steve, you can relax now 😀
Thanks for your good wishes for Sarah.

GG Thanks also for your encouragement for Sarah to achieve her goal.

I hope you have a nice run with geordiemum today and your friend tomorrow. I hope you soon feel better. Easy pace running will help.

Sorry to hear that you have had the lurgy thing for about a week LL, and hope you soon feel better. Well done for hitting the 1000!

I decided not to run today, as I want to achieve a respectable time in Saturday's parkrun, being the last of the year. Instead, I did a brisk walk to the supermarket to buy a paper. My moving pace was 14.14 which I'm quite pleased with.

Have a great time LL, my friend just moved to Auckland and it's about 25 degrees just now. Well done on the 1000 miles and to your friend too HS. 1000 miles is a very good achievement 🙂.

Looks like everyone is on their way to achieving their goals. I have 9 miles to do for 700 miles. Not what I wanted but hopefully next year will be better.

Lesley, I think my friend is wishing that she hadn't set herself a target, as she has sometimes run, not because she wanted to, but because "she had to," to keep on course. It will be worth it though when she smashes it on Saturday.
You have done well though as nearly 700 miles is very good. If my memory is correct, your little man had been unwell, which curtailed your running.

I hope you had a good run with Geordie mum GG.
Well done Steve and hope you pick up soon.
Gws LL and well done for the 1000 (it's close enough).
Good luck Saturday hillstrider, I'm considering the same as I'm 5 seconds short of my 21.30 parkrun target having improved quite a bit recently.
700 miles isn't to be sniffed at Lesley especially when you have a busy life and family to look after.
Well done everyone and if I don't pop in again Happy New Year to you all and see you in 2023 for the same again.
