Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Great time to be out Turkhish and sounds like it was a great run.

Well done Lesley, I'm glad that you ran pain free.

Good to hear that you will soon be running again Steve, and that the Covid has nearly gone .

I ran a solo multi terrain 7 miles this morning on a tough course. I would have run further, but the Monday Group is planning to run 9 or 10 miles in the morning.

Only 72 this month which is my worst since last Sept when I was sick.

Hoping 153 on the bike is just as beneficial.

Just short of 20 today. Very challenging as windy here.

Good news Steve we’ve
Missed the running grumbles 🤣
Nice running HS.

Well done for the cycling distance LL, not shabby running miles either tbh but excellent running this morning with just shy of 20 miles, that's over a 1/4 of your months distance.

A fraction over 16 for me this morning, mostly in showers of mizzle but then a heavy shower drenched me before blue skies arrived and it turned very muggy.

I love a long run on a Sunday and that's the furthest I've ran since my marathon in June. Really pleased with how it went, I got progressively quicker too. Just uploading it now actually.

EvilPixie you are very welcome here but I suspect you might have meant to post on the 100 miles a month thread :-)
