Make the most of your non running days Steve.

An easy pace forest run this morning with a running friend who is recovering from a calf strain. We ran 6.53 miles, including our 5k course.

Well done Lin!

I have a sick child again so not sure how much I will get done this weekend. Had a couple of rough nights so pretty tired.

Good luck for your half LL.

Nice to see Peter and FF in here, please do hang around.

Hope your little boy soon gets better Lesley.

Hope you enjoyed your parkrun yesterday LL, and ran well in your half marathon.

A bit chilly this morning, and I ran a hilly 10 miles on roads.

Thanks FF it’s a big achievement because I often don’t do my best as suffer irrational anxiety. I seem to have a better grip of it now.

I think rocking up doing parkrun has helped.

Parkrun is (mostly) open and inclusive and is great for interaction with other like minded people. You don't have to be best friends but a smile, a wave or a hi is so beneficial to some. I hope you continue and grow strength from it.
