Well done GG! I hope that if you take up the individual training plan, it will help you towards your multi day event next year.
Well done LL, that's excellent, achieving the same 10 mile time as 10 years ago.
I'm intending to run 10 miles in the forest tomorrow, with 2 running friends, but definitely not at race pace!

Well done Steve for a road run for a change.
Enjoy your rest day LL
Ran 8.61 miles in the forest with 2 running friends this morning. Unusually, there was no wind and unseasonably mild.

Thanks everyone, it felt a great achievement on Saturday going over 1000 miles at Parkrun.
Got round in a reasonable time of 29:40. Not my fastest time, good to get under 30 mins again.

Well done Pete! Sorry a bit late, just been busy.
I did my first double figure run in about 2 months on Saturday. Got dropped off on the way home from the In-laws so had no choice. Hilly route and made it back without the head torch, just.

Well done SCP, and hoping you will soon get under 30 minutes again for 5k.
Well done Lesley for your hilly double figure run.

Nicely done, SCP.
I find that an excellent approach, Lesley! I figure routes out that will mean I'm at least halfway out before I get tired and have to run somewhere long to get home!

It’s always nice to run somewhere or from somewhere feels useful. I don’t get to do it often. A little 5k recovery run for me today.
Happy running everyone.
