Hope your cold soon clears up Lesley, there seem to be a lot of them around.

Hope all goes well with the physio Peter.

Today is a rest day from running for me.

I think I mentioned to you Peter about my disc thing .yeah . physio helped resolve it and no issues since. Hope your experience is similar.
7.2 miles this morning was my longest for a month. Felt more "on form" and running with my wife was a help.

well..there was a bit of an added incentive too; I was 72 on that day and every year since I was forty I've made a point of running the number of miles that sort of equate to my new age! So..7.2 ! Bit daft but I've started so I'll finish! Goodness knows what it'll be like when I'm 80!! So thanks for the praise folks.

That's a novel idea Steve, keep up the good work πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ

I ran 6 miles fartlek in the forest this morning with two running buddies, working hard up the hills.

LL, it was a tough session, especially off road.

Well done for the hill session, great for strength and stamina.

Tough or fun?! πŸ˜‚ Did my intervals having missed them on Tuesday...the fast bits were tough and of course the recoveries were fantastic!! Oh god..πŸ˜‚..here I am having a go at intervals after years of lapse and LL you've reminded me that hills were always a strong element of my running! Might even get back to them too. If not I'll stick to slopesπŸ˜‚!
Good temperature out there this morning at 15c.
