We managed a 5 mile explore of Cromer part overgrown trail which was challenging in the lashing rain, also good fun. Another great NPR HS.

The rain has held off here so far, but a thunderstorm is forecast for this evening. We are running our NPR's a bit slower, now that we are into the marathon training.

I absolutely loved it and will definitely go back and do it again at some point. gg yes there is a lot of downhill, but don’t forget the uphill bit around mile 19 😬 I was so happy to get to the top and realise I only had to run 10k down into Inverness to finish.
