Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Ran 13.6 miles in the forest this morning with a club mate. We took it very easily, as it was very humid and stength sapping.

I went for a short run after work - rather warm and muggy weather.

Some of the distances/activities (swimming!) that lots of you do here make me feel positively lazy!!
Yeah, great position on the board Mrsb..l and you'll have all summer hols to inch towards the top! I'm pleased that I'm so close to a red heart although I felt less than energetic this morning. Muggy and damp here too.

I have posted in there Mrs J and thanks to you and Peter.

Short run last night, was warmer than I thought. Weather is getting better - well I hope it stays that way when I am off work next week.

Another hot and humid day, and I ran 10.8 miles in the forest with two club mates. Ideal aclimatisation for Sunday weeks New Forest 10 mile race. It's always hot for that race which starts at 11.15.

Those regular double figure mileage runs make me envious hillstrider--no way I am up to that!
I see that you've done more miles this month than anyone else on this thread Mrsb! And what a lot!

Have I?

Had a day off running yesterday as I spent the day running around an army training area instead!
