Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Welcome back Marky!

Well done PeterFay, you have been climbing up the league table consistently.

A steady 9 miles in the forest this morning with two club mates. Nice and sunny, with a cooling breeze, ideal running conditions.

Looking forward to a run this evening. Forecast is looking as though it will be cooler but sunny, may go for a bimble through the woods.

of course I meant "good" total Peter..!
I suspect that a bimble for you would be a long effort for me Mrsb! Hope you enjoy the woods in the cooler day today.

A shorter forest run this morning, just 5.27 miles. My average pace was 9.26, the quickest since my injury in June 2017.

Hope you enjoy your bimble through the woods this evening MrsB.

Cor, it was still a bit blooming work out there! Four more miles done. And only 3 days until the end of term ;-)

Hot and sticky, with a double ended running commute! That's a side effect of my new working pattern, which means the working week is now 66.66% done! :-)

I need to work out a routine that allows me to work in 2 different offices over 3 days, and use my bike to transport the heavy stuff at either end. Or man up and run with my laptop and stuff...
