Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,

Well done Dave_K, that's a good distance run, especially in wet and windy conditions.

Thanks Steve, I didn't enjoy yesterdays run one little bit.

My trail shoes were still damp this morning, so I did a 6 mile fartlek road run. Weather was good, so I ran round the Marina.

Peter-Fay, your kayaking sounded very adventurous. Does that count as cross training?

Bother, I now have to run 7 miles tomorrow to get over the line!

Sunday was awful. My clothes were so wet that the residual washing detergent was foaming out of them at one point (note to self use even less washing liquid than you already do!).

I guess we all have to have bad days - I was obviously under the weather as I spent most of Sunday afternoon asleep in bed. Feel better today, have been car shopping which is exciting - my mid life crisis car may soon be mine!

Well done MrsB!

A really lovely morning, this morning, so I decided to go for a forest run, instead of the usual Tuesday spin session. Ran an enjoyable 8.1 miles, with occasional "efforts."
