Well done Mark I don't envy anyone racing today. I'm pleased I didn't enter PGER although when I've raced in the rain I've always enjoyed it, mental eh?

Nice double training session today Dave_K.

Lol Steve.

Just been spying and you ran well today Mark a PB matching 2015 exactly, did you want to get out of the rain? Your times for this run have been coming down, are you getting to know the short cuts? ;-) Anyway well done.

How did you get on yesterday Gromit?

There are no shortcuts, I promise!

The WAVA scores are getting better though. :-)

Well done everyone especially in that weather!

I did a hilly training run with a friend on Saturday and missed the worst of the weather and it was lovely yesterday.

I might just need a loud hailer yet Steve.

Good run Mark, good to see the WAVA scores looking good for you.
Chilly north wind down here early this morning. Still on track for the 1,000 at the end of November.

Long run aborted yesterday at 5 miles in :-( Knee was complaining and as I was next to a tube station I decided to make use of that instead.

Oops! Hit send too soon! Well done to everyone racing yesterday - not the best weather for it.

MrsB, is that a Tubigrip moment? :-)

Hope it gets better quick.

Thanks all. I've dried out, apparently I have trench foot (trench toe!) after yesterday.
Flippin' cold wind on the bike on the way to work this morning.

I'll give it until tomorrow before I run.

(Actually, I think it was a toe blister that just burst in the wet. No pain. Still a bit yechy to look at though!)
