The running leadership course is only one day (here) Mrsb and completed on a weekend day--but if your time is as tight as yours obviously is then it's not that simple.
Took a rest day as Storm Callum blew its head off this morning.

I've had a random 153 miles run added to my log in August , think I would have remembered that .... a brief but false summit of the leaderboard under false pretences πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ I've deleted it so normal service will resume shortly ....

I thought you'd done one mega ultra Gromit and before Lakes in a day (good luck with that). I must admit I looked at your training for the last month and found absolutely..........nothing :-)

Good luck Lesley I hope it all goes well and everyone achieves there aims.

Good luck Sunday Mark I hope you achieve what you want too.

If anyone else is racing this weekend good luck and don't get blown away.

Good running in the Lakes Gromit! Hope the foul weather becomes less foul for you!
Enjoy the marathon Mark.
That's a lot of beginners Lesley, you'll need a loud hailer if the wind up there is as fresh as it is down here today!

Good luck to all of you who are racing this weekend. I got out for a run this afternoon. 6 miles in lovely sunny but blustery conditions. Running is so much easier now I haven’t got a loose screw in my foot! Funny that. Hey! πŸ˜œπŸ˜‚

Yorkshire Marathon today is best described as "wet". 26.4 miles ( odd extra distance!) of rain and wind.
Done, though!
