I've just added 11 and a bit more, which if I had my Ant stick and a laptop that wasn't locked down to the bare minimum of functionality I would upload to get me up to no. 18 on the table!! *Smug grin*. :-) :-)

Commuting is a good way to add distance if there are showers in your place of work.

By the time tonight comes around and I get back to my own technology, I suspect it'll be less impressive!

Some good running there.

I vary between 10 - 30 miles a week, depends on what else I have on. Must get out soon and do a long run or else that MMM fella will be miles ahead of me.

You're safe Steve! Peter is on the bench for a few days having had lithotripsy to kidney stone today.
A cracking sprint start MMM!

Oh no Peter. :-(

I am well down the list, I'm sure the 17 miles I do tomorrow will push me up.

Good luck to everyone racing this weekend!

Crept into double figures today, but given I'm only parkrunning tomorrow I don't think I'll be hitting break even any time soon.

I'm 103rd on the list! I had to scroll down for ever to find my name. Boo hoo!

In other news, looking forward to meeting Tricky red at the Resolution run on Sunday.

Recover quickly Peter but not too quickly ;-) I'm hoping to work my way up the league this weekend with a couple of runs planned then I really must get back "on it" but stilll struggling to shake of major CBA which is crazy as I've got races to train for ! :-(

Get well soon Peter
Lots of people off to a good start
I'll be a late starter but that will make it more of a challenge
😀
Good luck to all of you racing this weekend 🍀

I haven't a clue what a lithotripsy is Peter but I guess that'll have sorted the problem out. I reckon you'll still be sneaking up and passing me as you did last year! Hope you're getting better now...
Fairly good start to the year for me but a worry today when my wife (torey) was taken ill 6 miles into an intended 20 miler ending up with medics unable to get a blood pressure reading and only 89 oxygen sats.... A&E then out and no clear lasting damage---but a lesson: she was running with friends who she told to go on because she wasn't feeling too good ( at first light and off road in a Country Park)) and really the principle in such situations should be to be clear about one's need, ideally compatriots staying together.
