Great news Nick.

I've had a bit of a lazy week this week. Massive case of CBA.

parkrun this morning and a long run planned for tomorrow.

I had the same problem Haggis and I resolved it by going to my settings and changing my km to miles, deleting my target and then re-inputting the 1000. The target is refreshed every hour so it may take a while for you to appear.

Once I was on there I went back into my settings and put myself back to kms.

Still on (silly!) streak Tom1759 and thanks for the encouragement. 62nd day. Might as well go for a 100 but I know that anything can get in the way!

Great that you're off crutches Nickid (remind me..what happened?)...
No snow down here and overall good conditions, no wind and just early ice and 0c.

Meant to be a 10 miler this morning but only managed 9...

Soft snow / slush underfoot which was OK as I was wearing my X-Talons, but once I came to bare tarmac they have absolutely no cushioning - legs a bit tender now!
