Well done monsenb. I'd have been very happy with your time at 4 Villages. :-) I had to go look up 4 Villlages and was amazed I know just where it is. In a previous life I used to commute to Frodsham via a variety of routes including one that cut through here!

Sixty five days of streaking have given me a regular red heart! It's made the winter go quickly too when I think that I began this back ibn November!

Enjoy it whilst it lasts Steve. I've just been and done 10 miles, they were slow but I'm not unhappy, it'll take me within a couple of miles of the hearts.

Even beat you this morning Steve45 I was out pounding the streets at 4.40am ! :-( I'm much more motivated to get up an run early than I ever am to go out in the evening after work ....... to many distractions and jobs to do - I enjoy being out and gradually watching the world wake up :-)

I'm just an early kind of guy and have been since I was a kid! Yep, it's early enough Mrsb..a couple of years ago, torey (my wife who runs ultras) was getting up at 2am to do 25 milers before work a couple of times a week That thankfully only lasted a season once her base was embedded but it led to successful outcomes. Ugh!
I was late this morning Gromit, up at 6am but only out at 6.40! I like running in the early morning although thirty odd years ago I almost couldn't run well unless it was the evening! It's about habits developed innit!?!
Thanks pedros, that's a reality check. I'm unsure right now whether to decide to stop or wait to have something make me stop! It'll be 70 days on Sunday which seems a good round figure to end on but then, at the moment there's no reason to stop..except of course that it's not a "rounded", well balanced way of training.
