Gentle 10M run this morning through Richmond Park to Teddington Lock and back into Kingston with like-minded Club members. Will run tomorrow and Wednesday evening before catching a plane, on Friday, for the Amsterdam Half next Sunday afternoon. Amsterdam will be my fourth Half Marathon in seven Sundays.

Brilliant time twinny! Well done and well done!
I was aiming for 'around four hours' before my foot thing - now I'm aiming to get around, was thinking today that I might walk through the water stations as they are cups not bottles and use that as a strategy to take a breather!

And how do you feel today twinny?
I am bricking it now.... I keep consoling myself that people do marathons all the time, a lot of them on less training than I have done!
