Club 'tech free W10' last night. One of my favourite sessions. Start when you like, run the 10 mile route without watch, phone, etc and try to finish as close to 8 pm as possible. Got caught in traffic so started 4 minutes later than planned. Finished at 8:03:14. 85/100
