Just over 7 miles this morning, one of the hardest "easy" runs I've done in a while - I obviously put some considerable effort into my race on Sunday. I just started to feel I was loosening up around 5.75 miles 😂 Reasonably cool at 04:30, but I was still happy to be wearing a vest. Saw two bunnies, a squirrel and half a duck (the rear end). 101/100 yay!

Good to see a few more people over the line too, congratulations all round Went to track, plodded round, melting gently...75.4/100, in theory it's doable but we're driving to Luxembourg on Thursday/Friday (OH is racing out there this weekend) so running opportunities will be limited!
