I ran the Giant's Head half on Sunday in glorious Dorset countryside - 1500ft of elevation! But highly recommended, and I'll try and do a race report blog when I have a bit more time. And then track this evening, which was quite hard work after Sunday 54/100 exactly - I suspect this might be the third month in a row that I miss the target, but I'm managing to fit in some running miles plus some swimming and some strength around a new job, and hopefully the miles will go back up once I get properly into the new routine.
