Nice early effort quimby!
Wishing you well quickly Mrs Jigs, and hope the physio is helpful Ness.
It's a gloriously sunny morning here so I went and ran up a hill quite a few times, because hte training plan said so. 83.3/100.

Thank you, happy to be able to follow the P&D again.
Good to see your progress, Ness. I hope the injury is truly gone and the physio helps with that.
Get better soon, Mrs Jigs. I know how frustrating a cold is. I had that in January and lost a week off training and then it was a slow comeback. Give it time to clear
You're approaching the finish line, CasB, great work.

Thanks tipsku! Should be over the line this weekend with parkrun and a long run. And I keep meaning to say thank you for your P&D analysis blogs. I followed the 18/55 schedule for my last marathon and found the volume and intensity a bit too much overall, so your reviews are offering plenty of food for thought about adapting the programme in future.

Unexpected Husband at home today, so just a little easy loop for me this morning - it's oddly warm! Away for weekend from tomorrow so glad I'm a little ahead as not sure where rest of this weeks miles are coming from

Thank you for the feedback, CasB. I'm happy that the review was useful for at least one person. I still have a few more parts to the series that need some final tweaking before I can post them - the next one is probably ready tomorrow.
Awesome running, Velociraptor, your mileage has really picked up.
Fantastic mileage, annadav and Ally-C, 70s and 80s at this point of the month is great.
Well done EP, Hibeedeb and Rosehip for being well ahead of the curve.
