Very easy 5M with some walk breaks; calf a bit grumbly but not as bad as Tuesday, so hopefully the stretching and strengthening is helping. This was supposed to be my first go at a 50M week and seeing if I can make it to 200M for the month - might not be happening having missed two longer runs this week, but I'll trade that for not being injured!

Got out for 11.5m before my sports massage. He said my calf’s are tight but doesn’t think it’s anything more to worry about just get back on the stretches and rolling. Slowly catching up 44/100

Very true MMM, would rather back off a bit now than not make it to marathon day at all! Sounds positive from the sports massage gg.
Another very easy 5M. Did pilates at lunchtime and our instructor (also a physio and v speedy marathoner) passed on lots of good stretches and rolling advice so hopefully that will help. 71.7/100.
