Argh I’m falling so far behind. I went to the shops yesterday ran/walked there and ran back as I was caught in a monsoon so I’m taking that as a run. Foot/calf still a bit troublesome so back home and on it to attempt to get it fixed. Well done on the great mileages all. Anyone like me slightly behind we still have time.

41/100 - club hill session last night, warm one.
Had Physio yesterday on the dodgy hip and that was a painful one, big bruise this morning!. Some new stretches to do. Getting there I think.

I went out after work did 5.5m really pleasant and enjoyable if not a tad warm (freezing in the house very warm outside so over dressed)
Calf a bit tight early on stretched and it was fine I think I need to keep miles low & maybe slower concentrate on form and foam roll, strengthen & ice.

Speedy healing Sprout and gg.
7M this evening, left out the strides on the plan as I'm also in the grumbly calf club. I think it's linked to where I'm still quite tight from yanking my back a few weeks ago, so am getting stuck back into the stuff from the physio and lots of foam rolling. 61.5/100.
