Reporting in after Ealing Half - tough day at the office, the hills were harder than expected, so pleased to come away with a PB even if it wasn't the punchy one I was going for. Lots to reflect on and learn from for next time - and once my hamstrings and glutes work again! 88.2/100, some gentle recovery ambling next week will get me over the line.

Well done Cas. A PB is always to be celebrated! No more of those I'm my running future unfortunately. Long run went well thanks gg. Lovely day and wind was behind me to finish when I was tired. 151 / 100! G |

Well done CasB Life got in the way and decided that chasing an arbitrary target wasn’t the best thing to be doing, so had a week or so off. 42.9/100 I’ve managed 10 100s in a row, which is more consistent than I’ve ever managed, but the 12 in a year badge will have to wait another year now. |

Well done, CasB. 👍 Yes, life has a habit of getting in the way sometimes, Rosehip. Well done for getting the consistency back. |

Well done on the PB CasB. Raced a 10K today. Finished about 2 minutes quicker than I thought I would for a SB. |
