CasB Sep 2023 7:34pm, 22 Sep 2023 1,086 posts	0 CasB 4M very easy this evening - quite knackered after spending all day helping at our annual fundraising abseil event (and yes, I ended up doing the abseil too!), but it was good to get out and clear my head after a full-on day of talking to people and doing jobs. Feet up now until Sunday's half. 74/100 exactly. Happy weekends all!

I took myself off for a HM today around some gorgeous trails and got myself to 98.2. I’ll cross the line tomorrow on my way for some retail therapy! Have a great weekend folks.
