I've been following a Garmin training plan for a half next weekend and it's tapering me back quite strongly, so I'm starting to wonder if the 100 is at risk this month. It only shows me seven days ahead on the plan, so it's hard to tell! October definitely won't be a 100-mile month though, as we're away on holiday for half of it, so missing September won't be a disaster as I'll still have to wait another year for my centurion badge.
