Good Luck Westmoors and any other racers today.

CasB not sure of logistics but you never ran back in wet kit? blimey you are hardcore :)

I am struggling so a rest day again.Think I am going to go with Wednesday as a rest day and see how it helps with fatigue.Last three weeks Sunday has been a no run day.Which is no good when races are a Sunday.

CasB
Thanks gg and Welshpoppy...and no, fortunately I could employ Mr CasB for baggage carrying services as he swam too and drove home. Definitely don't fancy swimming in a sports bra or running in wet kit so I will never be a triathlete πŸ˜‚

Hope you can find a routine that works for you too, Wp.

31/100

Navigational error not just once but twice added 2 miles to my run. The second time I had to consult google maps.

Well done, all! I can't remember if I popped in with an update after my long run yesterday. 30.1/100 for the month so far but only short runs for the next week while I'm away! 😁

Had a terrible day yesterday. I may blog about it later. In short, everything went wrong from my sunglasses being broken when I took them out their bag, to my legs hurting after a few miles, my guts giving me hell and a 'woo woo' head. Still managed to complete the course but in a very disappointing 2:27 (had hoped for around 2:10). 27/100
